  I have been to lakeside shopping centre branch. There was a lady who is called Velizara. She helped me out professionally and picked me the perfect sunglasses. Thanks. Great experience.

  I have brought a Rayban glass from sunglasses hut Lakeside Shopping centre and it’s was only 8 months old and right side frame screw came out and I went to them to fix it and it took just 30 seconds and after that they wanted to charge me £15 whereas this glass was under warranty!!! the employee was so rude said that it’s not under warranty!! But it’s clearly under warranty or just took 30 seconds to give a customer service but employee & manager completely refused to do this!! What a shame selling a branded glasses with lied promises and later on charged customers!! Please don’t believe there promises!! Totally unacceptable behaviour and customer service. Finally I have asked them to unscrew it and they did it!!! And I fixed it myself at my home!! Sunglasses hut Head office need to look this matter very seriously and this manager will let this business down, he is not a professional manager. So please to save the business need to give him proper training or get rid off him.

  Every time I have visited this store it’s been nothing but great customer service from all the staff there. Yesterday I left extremely happy with the quality of customer service by Velizara. She’s an asset to the company she really knows what she’s talking about and has a passion for it.

  I chose Sunglass Hut because I wanted some advice and guidance. The staff there were brilliant, particularly the Manager who was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and accomodating. Thank you.
